Terrible service. Advised of delivery and didn't show up until two days later. Then failed to deliver the full quoted amount ... one email that followed stated they didn't have enough fuel, the other that they couldn't fit it in (there was plenty of space and still is). No receipt through the door, so absolutely no evidence of exactly how much was delivered and no knock at the door to tell us by the driver (who knew we were in, as we'd spoken with him at the beginning of the delivery).

Now we're being charged a fee for having seemingly "requested too much oil" when in fact, we still have space in our tank for the remainder of what we'd ordered.

Our order was through Boiler Juice but neither have apologised or provided evidence of what actually was delivered and when the rest would be. Shocking service by New Era Energy.

I feared for the worst from reading comments from other people. I placed my first order with New Era, and I am really impressed! The delivery was super quick, and the delivery person was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my property. To top it off, my order arrived a week earlier than I expected. Great job, New Era. This will not be my last order if the quality of your service is like this.

New Era have been our fuel supplier for over 7 years and I can say without a doubt that we will be using them for many years to come. Both Sam & Leon our account managers take great care with our orders, from oil and lubricants to our diesel and spill kit requirements. Pricing is always excellent and very competitive, and with delivery, I have to admit they're probably the best out there, usually next day, but have been known to be on site within 20 minutes! Always a pleasure to deal with, as we know we're in great hands. Fast, efficient, competitive, and quality service! Thanks to New Era, and a special thanks to Sam and Leon for their hard work keeping up with our ever growing demands.

Very nice people to deal with, super fast delivery (ordered on a Friday morning and received delivery the following Monday morning) but no notification received prior to delivery (I was promised this would happen) luckily someone was at home! Also, no delivery receipt received confirming what was actually delivered from the truck into the tank.

Charlotte White and Ella Smith are the absolute best. Couldn't ask for better account managers. Pricing is always spot on and any issue that may arise (we are all human after all) is always sorted quickly. Emily Smith is still missed but Charlotte was definitely a good replacement for her and happy we still have Ella too :). I would highly recommend this supplier to everyone with diesel requirements.

I deal with Leon Dackombe from New Era for our weekly diesel for plant and heavy machinary, decent rates, nothing is ever a issue, next day delivery, always willing to help, can't do enough for the customers, great asset to the firm

I worked for new era for just over a year and was sacked for 2 silly accidents i had 1 written warning and no final written warning and was sacked spoken to acas and they said it was illegal and very petty so if you are thinking of working for new era just be careful that you could be sacked for silly things

RASIST AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I live in a mobile home: chalet I ordered heating oil and it came this morning with no heads it it was in it way or anything the Racist driver who arrived came and looked at where we’re wanted the oil putting and said he’d be back in 20 mins and never came back even tho we have paid full about for the oil PLEASE stay clear of this company
