Just been charged £40 for failed delivery and the drivers time , first and last time I use this lot, email went into junk mail, phone call was blocked as not recognised number, and driver knocked on the door 😂 , I was sat watching the TV in my front room and first I knew he was there was as he left ? Obviously a broken lock was too much trouble to remove from the tank lid , P,P,S I call that .
2nd delivery was how the first should have been delivered no problem at all 👍🏻

Do not use if you cannot leave your gate open all day and expect them to have the common sense to put their hand over to undo it like so many have done before and now you are having to be charged £40 for the pleasure of not being able to miss a days pay to sit in and wait for them to arrive without giving you a delivery slot time, very disappointed

Very impressed with service, ordered on New Years day & was delivered Monday 4th Jan 9.30AM - Wow!!
Rural area & used smaller lorry so much easier for driver, who was young & very polite, & price was very fair, what more can you ask, highly recommend & I don't normally do reviews!
