Newey Electrical have just competed a re-wire on our home, so professional with extensive experience. Alongside the re-wire we had additional work completed in which the electrician was knowledgeable advising on the latest products available. Highly recommend and thank you 😊

Really pleased with the service I've received from Charles at Newey Electrics. I had trusted the wrong tradesman previously and they had botched the fitting of my new kitchen lights - I needed someone to come and sort the problem. Charles was very professional in his approach and he took the time and care to find the issue and then suggest ways to resolve it. He made sure that everything was safe and he fixed the problem in the most efficient way possible. He was also very neat with his work and he was sure to clear up any mess left behind. Very reasonably priced and he arrived when he said he would - highly recommend!

Absolutley shocking company. The electrician told me my flat was all ok. The part time worker who signs the electrical certificate off couldnt be bothered to do his job he must have been off on his holidays or shall we say working from home.resulting in me losing my new home.stay clear from this firm .absolutly disgraceful

I have just been tail gated by a guy in one of their vans. Close doesn't cover it. Dangerous driving does.

Inconsiderate driver! A driver for this company today sped straight towards me on my horse on the lanes around Eccleshall. Only when I waved at him to slow did he (he did raise his hand in apology). However, he STILL did not stop either to allow me to pull my horse over onto the verge or to pass him, he just continued driving leaving barely half a metre between himself and me.

Avoid!!! work carried out by this guy led to my partner receiving electric shocks, consumer unit was labelled incorrectly, and really messy wiring. When tried to dispute he closed his business and reopened under this new name. Avoid like the plague.

appointment booked weeks ago for afternoon slot 12-4 , despite ringing several times and told engineer was on his way (10 minutes drive) hour and a half later still no sign of him, was promised a call back about resolving it ,never happened ,because work hasnt been carried out it will cause a domino affect to the rest of the jobs to be done after this , sandwell council find someone new to do your electrical work ,these are a joke

Really helpful friendly service, they will give advice even with products you haven't bought from them. They stock what you can't find on the shelf in DIY stores, saving time and money. Excellent service.
