Great staff, and do appear to know their business. But very annoying/disappointing that even in an urgent situation and after waiting upon the phone for 15 mins you're told to email over for a support ticket and then someone will get back to you.

I have used Nimbus Hosting for many years. When I had a business I would use them to host a server for me, but even after I closed the business, I continued to have my domain with them. This is for one reason - their service is top class. You get to talk to a real support person within their company who really knows what they're talking about.
I have never once had an issue that could not be resolved in a single phone call and it's great to be talking to someone locally.
