Not being that IT savvy I tried to cure a problem on my e mail account by trying to contact Microsoft.I tried to get tech help at their London Regent st premises but was told “sales only”.I Then I went over to Paddington and was told “meeting rooms only”
I tried solving the problem on the web but was only met by an AI woman who directed me to a site where they wanted to take my debit card details.
I then went on a booked holiday for two weeks where I could not still access my E Mail.
I came back and contacted Bill at “ no problem” who rectified the problem within a few minutes.
Phew ! What a service I could have hugged him!

As I could be categorised as verging on being a 'computer illiterate' I have found their help invaluable. They deal with my problems swiftly and promptly. A friend told me how much No Problem IT had helped them. I contacted them because I needed a new laptop. Chris took a lot of trouble to ensure that I purchased the best laptop for my needs. The team were able to transfer the data from my old laptop and even from my ancient 2005 desktop: I know the latter was not easy but Anthony managed it. Billal made two trips to my house, collecting the desktop and then returning my old laptop, the hard drive from the desk top and the external hard drive I had ordered from them. He also ensured that I got my new laptop set up as I wanted it. My technical knowledge is relatively limited but Billal was able to explain things very clearly. I am impressed by the way the team work together: I dealt with three members of staff but the whole team seemed to have a very happy working relationship and I know that they draw on each others skills as needed. I will definitely be using them again.

Having been scammed and left very nervous about using my computer I made contact with NPIT. I delivered my computer and was given attention by one employee who took a considerable amount of time to do a major clean up. He came to my home on completion and set it up and linked printer to it. The service provided was courteous and professional and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

As a free-lance photographer, all my work is done solo, and I have to deal with all the problems that arise on my own. But, I feel like the people at NPIT are friends on the end of the phone line for me. They're always there to talk me through whatever IT issue I'm facing, or to jump on to my system remotely and sort things out as time-efficiently as possible. They are unfailingly polite and friendly, and very patient with my lack of IT knowledge and skills.

I have been a client since the company started - more than 20 years. They have installed two generations of computers plus various modifications to upgrade. They have advised and coached me through various IT issues, and will continue to for the future.
During all of this time I have not sought to find another IT relationship. Says it all.
