A friendly, informative course. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to better their knowledge in order to support peers/colleagues/friends/family or the community with a broad range of helpful information regarding supporting mental health. Tim made us all feel welcome and at ease. We all felt we had come away in a far better position to help others in the future through better understanding and being aware of statistics, root causes and how to best deal with circumstances in the first instance.
Again would recommend to all.

Really eye opening course on signs of stress and depression I advice anyone looking to help others to do the course or if you feel your suffering yourself to understand more on what you might be going through and know there are people out there willing to help
