There were so many companies to choose from but I went with Norris because of the reviews and I definitely made the right choice. The online booking was simple and straightforward. Communication was great and I received a text when the skip was being delivered. The 8ft skip was the perfect size and worth paying a little bit extra for. I received a text when the skip was due back. Arranging the collection was easy and the pickup was super quick. All relevant documents were emailed to me afterwards.
The whole process was straightforward and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Probably the best skip company in the world.
Due to an unreasonable neighbour, my skip couldn’t be dropped off so the extremely helpful driver suggested that we rebook, where we can use the ‘wait & load’ service. The driver took care of this & booked it in for us and the whole process was smooth and professional.

2 men came and cleared away slabs and concrete from an old patio. They did a great job. Came when they said and cleared up after. It was unfortunately raining so it was rather muddy but they didn't seem to mind and left everything tidy. Many thanks for doing a good job and being so cheerful.

I’ve used Norris Skips 3x so far. Lisa has been fantastic in helping arrange skip drop offs and collections, ensuring waste removal runs smoothly throughout my renovation. I cannot recommend Norris Skips highly enough! I have ordered multiple skips from them and used the man with van service. They turn up when they say they will, they collect the skips in a timely manner (we've had issues with other companies leaving the full skips for way longer than agreed), and the customer service when you call up is impeccable. Both Chloe and Jo from the office were so lovely to deal with; really friendly and helpful. Made the process run smoothly and efficiently. The pricing was also really good in comparison to others we have used. Thank you for the incredible service. We would definitely use Norris again.

This was my first time ordering and using a skip. Excellent and sublime customer service from start to finish. Easy to order. Quick delivery. Kept informed via text of driver arrival. Phoned when skip ready to be collected and was collected the same day. I will definitely use again and recommend them. All staff very polite and courteous. So hassle free. I chose the 7 yard skip to clear a large bedroom and full garage.

Reliable service. I had a very positive experience with the drivers on pick up and collection, they had a tricky spot to put the skip but managed it very well.
