I have never seen a delivery company as bad as yours. You were supposed to collect my item from home two days ago, but you didn’t. I had to take it myself. I check every day, and it still shows as if the item will be collected from home. I can’t see where my package is. I deeply regret working with you, and I will leave negative feedback everywhere

At the time of the first review I have emailed DHL ecommerce to find out more as no phone number to speak with someone.
As the package was a sentimental gift I have called Norsk Global the 2nd time. A very lovely staff member helped and confirmed the package has reached Germany. For that reason I have now given them 4 starts as they were the only one helping identify where the package is.

11 days in transit for a 6 days delivery. Refused to provide details over the phone directing me to DHL eCommerce. Although the tracking number states it has been signed by Nick White.

My package has been sitting for over a week . They have not handed over to ups . This should be 3 day shipping but it’s going on over a week no tracking up date just label created . And this is for a very big company that works for celebrity’s .

If you're collecting goods [HGV1]
be aware that this is one way road.
You won't be able to spin around anywhere. You would have to reverse to "main" road.

Staff friendly, company looks super clean in and out! 🤌

Atrocious company, there's a couple of nice people working there but mostly they are very rude. The management is very bad, no one listens to any complaints, mental health is not taken seriously and the staff is very childish, a lot of name calling and racist comments coming from even senior management in the Colnbrook Branch. The company itself is very unprofessional, people not even willing to communicate in English, we live in England, should be a common thing right?! haha well not at Norsk Am not the slightest bit happy and would definitely not recommend.

Honestly what a mess, my parcel went thrpugh them and although it was a gift with 0 value they still managed toess custom declaration. Obviously they also didn't respond to email and the parcel is now being returned...
