A great attempt to bring hi-tech development to the northeast. The surrounding area has lots to offer, particularly in the post COVID era of people looking to live in the countryside. Dispell your preconceptions of grey towns and pitheaps expect rural countryside and rolling hills.

Many new innovations are incubating. I went for a event there where they introduced us to IBEX, Kromec, Thorn, CPI like few companies which are working on various tech development. It's quite good.

North east's best tech park. People are really friendly and responsive.
