We yesterday had the supply and installation of both a media wall and log burner with flue. Suffice it to say I’m really impressed. The lads didn’t hang about at all. They were friendly and clean, doing a superb job. Was just what we wanted, thank you. Can’t recommend them enough.

The media wall that has just been installed by the team is just what I had wanted. Excellent communication throughout, knowledgeable and helpful with the option of visiting the showroom. Just had a multi fuel burner installed in our conservatory. Excellent service and installation. Great to deal with from the start which gave us peace of mind. They were reliable and knowledgeable and have done a great job. We are over the moon and toasty warm. Would highly recommend North West Fires.......

Further to my review I would like to add that 18 months later we had an issue with the flue during a storm and they came out the next day and fixed the issue to our great relief, with no charge.

We have had 2 log burners installed by north west fires and I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and protected the soft furnishings by covering them. Excellent quality of log burners and they also look amazing.

If your looking for a honest unpushy service these are the guys!! The only company that actually listened to what I wanted. David and Rebecca always lovely when I called into the showroom.. Connor and Jack installing were just lovely as well.. covered all my furniture and curtains, cleaned up after themselves!! What more can you ask for. Just love my fire It’s amazing !!!
