Just had some work done at home and didn’t realise we had ran out of oil.

Called around for an emergency delivery and the cost was astronomical.

Decided to go with the estimated delivery date which was 10 working days!

Called Northover to confirm my order and explain the situation.

The very kindly offered to leave it with them and see what they could do.

I have been using Northover for about a year and without a doubt they are the best domestic oil heating company I have dealt with. The drivers are courteous and friendly and they deliver in a good timescale. I placed an order on Friday and to my horror realised my tank was lower than I had realised. I called Northover and the lady I spoke with, Clare, was excellent. She checked the situation and was able to bring my order forward.
