I came to Northview Customs after my old Diesel Heater fitted by another company had stopped working. Unfortunately they’d installed it under the campervan without a guard to protect from water damage and the electrics were goosed. Calum and his team were fantastic and not only fitted me a new Autoterm 4KW heater, but managed to work around a more complicated situation than was standard. I have a small drying cupboard that I’d had the hot air ducting divert to allow me to dry wet gear. It meant a more complicated fitting, but the lads got to it and made it work for me.

On top of all that, they’re a lovely bunch and said if I ever had any issues (not that they’d expect any), just to give them a call. That’s what I call good customer service!

Thanks guys - I’ll definitely recommend you to all my mates who own or are building campervans!

We are still pinching ourselves that we were so lucky to find Callum

Our inverter went bang and we are a long way from home having shipped our van over from Australia to continue our travels.

He was able to source a much better alternative that was a lot more economical and install it as soon as it was delivered.

It’s not just his commitment to hard work and getting the job completed and leaving it all clean it was the additional little extras he did along the way. He tightened up things that had loosened and repaired our kitchen table.

I highly recommend Callum and his friendly co workers who ensure that you are kept well informed throughout.

No wonder these guys get 5 stars i cold called into there workshop and BTW what a workshop clean tidy modern anyway i was met with a young guy who greeted me with a helpful attitude and told him my cruise control switch had come of the stalk he immediately came out to investigate and found a solution to get it back on a old head on young shoulders springs to mind i took up about 30 mins of his time and didn't ask for anything so a dropped him a thank you £ my main thing about this is the professional attitude and willingness to help someone goas a long way in my book so thank you very much Northview customs any issues with my Motorhome i know were I'm heading

My T6 campervan required an extensive overhaul of the electrical systems. This was done in a thoroughly professional way and I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable the technician was. I had each step fully explained and was shown pictures of the work as it progressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service. I would describe it as high quality value for money.

I would happily recommend to my friends. Courteous and professional service. Two windows and a Maxxfan and absolutely no leaks :-). Clean tidy job. It's the small things like painting exposed metal, removing any swarf, adding a frame to the Maxxfan on request, that are the cherry on the cake 🙂
