Went in with. A very old obsolete RCD that was failing the timed test after looking on the internet with no chance of finding one.was hoping to find one that would fit in its place and to my amazement they had the same obsolete one under the counter. Even let me take it away and fit to make sure it would pass and come back and pay if it did. It did pass and really got me out of a potentially very expensive fix. Brilliant that this type of expertise still exists. Thanks so much.

Never had a bad experience, friendly staff and extremely helpful and if I'm doing something and not sure what product to use they always know what I need and one of the very few places you can get quality cable per meter and all the products are of good strong quality that will last and that you can trust for the job there is not alot they don't have in stock so very unlikely to haft to hunt around for other places to fined what you need definitely somewhere I would consider first for electrical products
