Absolutely awful. The metering service and DCDA service is utterly incompetent, took 5 weeks (told us it would be 1-2 weeks worst case) to reconfigure our meter (which they installed only 5 years ago) for export costing us around £4k in lost exports because the data line in their office is apparently broken - why do we pay for their incompetence?

I have just had my second appointment cancelled for a smart meter installation? It's disgusting! I booked both times weeks in advance and had to book time of work. I don't understand if you book an appointment with by our sky they have never cancelled. Very disappointed with npower.
