Having gone through the process of trying to sell my parents house, we received an offer with a very tight deadline of roughly three weeks to remove all furniture from a five bedroom house. Given the short period and the amount of possessions my parents had acquired over a twenty year period, I knew we'd need additional help in doing so.

I contacted Nugen and spoke to Andy, with a site visit arranged for a couple of days later. The team arrived once we had confirmation from the buyers and over a day and a half period managed to clean out all of the furniture - including disassembling cupboards, removing beds, frames, cleaning the garage and so on.The whole process from contact to the clearance of the entire property took under two weeks and my family couldn't be more appreciative of Andy's staff and help.

They made what was a very difficult time easy and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone who's potentially looking into their services.

I had an office and flat to clear of a variety of junk and miscellaneous items. I emailed a number of companies and of those that returned my enquiry, Nugen were the clear winners.
Running out of time before I needed to vacate the property Nugen came the same day to give a very reasonable quote with a next day start arranged. The team of two Andrew's were punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. Given the scale of the task, and the number of stairs to climb, they couldn't complete in one day but they came the very next day to complete and tidied up after themselves.
I cannot recommend them enough and indeed have booked them in already for a second job!

Used NuGen to clear a 4 bedroom house previously occupied by a hoarder. Almost impossible to enter the rooms. House was cleared completely in just over a day at a very competitive price. The clearance team were very professional and friendly. I also used NuGen to deep clean after house cleared. Excellent job. I would highly recommend NuGen.

Excellent service for a house clearance, including garage and attic after my Brother in law passed away. Everything was removed and a 2 bedroom house was cleared in under 3 hours. They didn't have room in the van for some of the garage stuff but cleared the house so we could lock it up and came back 1st thing the next day to finish off the garage.
Reasonably priced, organised within a week and all the staff were very respectful of our situation.

I contacted Nu Gen late on a Friday afternoon for a job that needed to be completed on the Monday. The job was two dismantle and remove 2 large wardrobe units for my client. They had the items stripped and removed from the property by lunch time on the Monday which enabled me to get our flooring installation started earlier.

A perfect and polite service and a very reasonable price.
