I've been absolutely amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by Nu-Heat particularly during a global pandemic!
Better than John Lewis!
I spoke with many people during difficult times but they all knew exactly where things were at and what discussions had already happened.
The equipment has been top notch so far and the thermostats very user friendly.
Any minor issues with the design and supply were rapidly resolved and everyone was very easy to talk to.
Drawings were exceptional detailed and easy for the installers to follow. I had a plumber and an electrician who had not worked with nu-heat before and they were very complementary of the drawing pack.
I'd highly recommend this company. Well worth the extra money.

We had an underfloor install go catastrophically wrong and engaged Nu-Heat to install a new system.

Given our experience we wanted to understand everything in detail so asked many many questions throughout the process, and had a few redesigns of the layout. Nu-Heat did a site visit and Nu-Heat were very patient as many months passed while we dealt with unrelated issues on our side.

I believe Nu-Heat systems are among the best out there, their customer and technical support are amazing, when we were short of products on site replacements were sent next day at no additional cost.

Nu-Heat are expensive compared to other products out there but I believe they are good value considering the quality of the components, the insurance backed guarantee and the full support package.

As a retired Nu Heat Installer we had no hesitation when choosing a heating system for our self build house. Their local area manager Ian Weatherstone listened to our needs for a complete heating and hot water solution utilising renewable energy and sent our plans down to Devon for their design team to work out a system to meet our criteria.
The system incorporated an Air Source Heat Pump for the main heating & hot water system along with solar back up.
As we were building during the winter of 2017 we were subjected to below zero temperatures and severe weather so we prematurely commissioned the underfloor heating system and very soon the construction teams were complaining it was too hot!!
The system designed and supplied by Nu Heat for our seven bedroom, two bathroom, three en-suites, utility, kitchen and cloakroom hot water has performed spectacularly well so congratulations to the whole team down in Devon for their courteous support and pure professionalism, I would highly recommend them.

Nu-heat are very professional and always there to assist with any issues as we had a few and they were very quick to help with them. I have had the whole downstairs fitted with Lo-Pro 10 which is a great option for those renovating. We will also be using Nu-heat for our extension coming up next year.

Nu heat, who supplied all of my ground source heating kit have been great at every stage of the process. Very thorough design and implementation documentation, staged deliveries on time and when kit was damaged by the delivery driver replacement within 24 hours. A superb helpline that were knowledgable and changed parts which were required due to my installers having to work around design changes in my house build. All this at no cost and 24 hour delivery every time.

John, the area Nu Heat engineer, switched on and fine tuned the heat pump this week and walked me through day to day tweaks which may be necessary due to my individual requirements. John visited me today to commission my air source heat pump. What a great guy. Very polite, extremely helpful, we had a couple of teething problems which he resolved & didn’t leave until he was fully satisfied. We felt that we have a great point of contact if we need any advice or help. This was a big project for us & he really helped keep us calm & reassured through out the whole commissioning process.

If we could give more than 5/5 stars we would. Our experience with Nu-Heat has been overwhelmingly positive so far. We had problems during our installation caused by a rogue installer (not affiliated with Nu-Heat) and Nu-Heat managed the whole process flawlessly - from video calls showing them the install, to replacing materials damaged by the installer, to follow up calls to ensure we were back on track.
