We had our conservatory roof replaced by Nulook, what a great job.

The two man construction team. Harry & Mitchell, were excellent. They were very professional, tidied up as they went along and apart from the new roof, there was no evidence that anybody had been working.

We recently had a new composite garden office built, and the roof was installed by Nu-Look.

We’re absolutely delighted with the result—the roof looks fantastic and the workmanship is top-notch. They arrived on time and got straight to work. Everything was going smoothly until the great British summer struck—halfway through the job, the heavens opened and it rained for five and a half hours straight!

Since it was a Friday, they made the roof watertight with a tarp and secured it thoroughly to withstand the weekend weather.

Bright and early Monday morning, they were back and quickly completed the job to a high standard. The finish is flawless, and they left the site spotless—you wouldn’t even know they’d been here, apart from the lovely new roof.

They returned again on Friday to check everything over and complete the final small touch-ups.

We’re thoroughly happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nu-Look.

What an amazing experience - from start to finish. Don’t often use contractors to work around the house but this company were an absolute pleasure to deal with - from initial contact, through planning the dates, to the professional installation team. The result is better than any brochure can convey - we are delighted with the results and it will certainly change the way that we are able to use our conservatory space - now referred to as the ‘garden room’!

So happy with the choice of nulook. Our roof was installed professionally 3years ago and we were incredibly proud of the look and finish. A courtesy email a few months ago I mentioned the tiles batches hadn't quite all blended in. But no problem to nu look with in two weeks two pitches of tiles were removed and replaced under their satisfaction warranty. Do not hesitate a company that cares about customers satisfaction. From start to finish our Nu-Look experiance was absolutely first rate. Everyone we had the pleasure to meet , went way above and beyond. The planners and surveyors were extremely professional, and very helpful in putting our ideas into measurements and drawings. We had various visits from the roofing team , conservatory team , electricians and a plasterer. I really can't praise every one of them highly enough. They worked through all weather conditions regardless , to keep to their timescale . Every stage of construction was carried out to the highest level of finish. I wouldn't hesitate for one minute in recommending Nu-Look Conservatory Roofing Solutions.

Nu-Look completed a Conservatory Roof Replacement for me in June 2025

From the initial consultation through to completion, this company including the trades people working for them were excellent.

They were well organised and communicated well all through the process. Everyone was super friendly and really cared about the customer, ensuring we were happy throughout

The job itself was not the cheapest quote but was a fair / middle of the road price, but the quality of materials used and standard of workmanship was excellent !

I would definately recommend Nu-Look, I now have a room that is usable all year round, nice and cool in the summer, and looks more like an extension to my house !

We have had no end of issues with this company. Our new roof leaked from the very start and despite clear evidence, NuLook made everything a battle. 6 years on, our roof continues to leak (which has now caused damage to the inside of our property) and NuLook continue to refuse to accept responsibility (despite independent roofers stating that the roof has not been fitted in accordance with British Standards).
Customer service is appalling - conversations rude and at times threatening. We have had further damage caused to our property by the workers in an attempt to pass the blame.

EDIT - to anyone reading the response below, I would strongly advise looking back at other reviews (on here and other forums) and seeing the trend in response from NuLook.
