They definately live up to the Google Reviews already posted! Called them to check when they would deliver and this fellow was so incredibly rude I am amazed he still has a job! Order was placed through Boilerjuice and he did not have any record he said which is absolute rubbish! I spoke with Boilerjuice and cancelled the order and had them blocked from every being included again!! No more deliveries from this bunch!!

I ordered heating oil on 27th November, to be delivered by 11th December. On 13th Dec I rang to ask where it was, their tanker couldn't fit down the lane but no one actually spoke to me about this. I politely asked for a refund and was fobbed off multiple times by phone and email. FINALLY got my refund (of £570+) today on 10th January. They were happy for my money to sit in their account for FORTY FIVE days, despite me telling them on the 13th Dec that my heating oil was on emergency low level (wouldn't have been if they'd delivered, which they have done in the past!). I am disabled with young children and I will never, ever be using this company again, the staff are rude, dismissive and also lie about bothering to process refunds in anything even resembling a normal timeframe. Absolute disgrace, I would give zero stars if I could.

Do you want a company that will guarantee they will NOT DELIVER when they say they will? then NWF is the one for you! UPDATE: What a surprise after being told yet again that it was coming today, they now tell me its tomorrow. Don't make me laugh! You have told me tomorrow ever day for 2 weeks!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Office staff clearly don't know what they are doing tell you lies about when you will get your oil delivery and then continue to lie when you chase it up because your oil hasn't been delivered. If your looking at this review i would highly recommend taking your custom else where because this company shocking

If you want to run out of fuel when you need hot water and heating use this company. Delivery schedule is when they feel like doing it which is not often

Lie about delivery, do not deliver when promised. They have a new excuse every day as to why they did not deliver. HOPELESS WASTE OF TIME!
