We bought a gas stove for two thousand eight hundred pounds plus an additional thousand for fitting. We love the stove and have had many compliments on how real it looks. It looks beautiful in the corner of our living room. However after just over two years, the thermocouple went. Not an expensive part to replace. Sadly Oak Stoves have been unable to get a replacement for us nor have they replaced some screws that are sitting in their warehouse. We have tried to communicate with them since April but find that Richard Heatherill who owns Oak Stove either promises replacement parts or simply does not respond to phone calls and emails. I could never recommend this company and we are now considering legal action. Do not be tempted to use this company!

I’ve been trying to fix a clients Oak Stoves Gas fire, when they do send their over priced spares they don’t fit the appliance. £200 on two of the same part, neither of which fitted the fire and client left with inoperable gas stove which is only a few years old. As others say, best avoided.

Actually the stove is very good, but that’s where it ends. As has been said by others the parts are ridiculously overpriced and they don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer service. Would not recommend.

We bought an electric stove from Oak Stoves in November. We are very pleased with the look and quality of it. When it developed a minor fault recently, it was rectified quickly and efficiently. The people we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Great product. Brilliant customer service!

Don't go anywhere near these cowboys. Standard replacement parts take forever to arrive. Been without a gas fire since December 2023 and still waiting for parts to service my appliance.

Made umpteen phone calls to this business to help with our open fireplace - promised visits (not turned up) with numerous excuses
Obviously not interested in our custom - just wish they had been honest and said so in first place
I would not recommend this company to anyone !
