My old oil fuelled boiler finally died & needed to be replaced. I live in a very old house, so the plumbing & heating leave a lot to be desired ! However, Oakfield Heating were brilliant. They gave me sound advice, were sympathetic to the constraints of the property & kept me well informed at every stage. The job was completed efficiently, on time & the whole boiler room left clean & tidy. I cannot fault them & would highly recommend the company.

I used Oakfield Plumbing and Heating to service my boiler and cylinder and to fix the outdoor outlet pipe which was constantly dripping.

I made the appointment via email and all replies were prompt. They were able to come a week after my initial email.

The engineer could not have been more polite and professional. He clearly explained the work that had been carried out. He also made numerous suggestions for things I might want to do in future to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish they did more than plumbing as it is so hard to find tradesmen of this quality.

Have been using Oakfield Plumbing and Heating Ltd for a few years now. Very well organised in terms of annual maintenance checks and reminders about appointments. The lady in the office quickly set up a date for my boiler's annual maintenance and sent a reminder two days beforehand. Sebastian was on time, explained what he was doing and suggested I check the water pressure on the boiler regularly. He was efficient, clean and made sure the radiators did not need bleeding. Sebastian connected the plumbing in my new home last year and it was reassuring to hear him say that I had a good quality boiler and the home was well insulated. Kudos to Oakfield Heating who have saved our Christmas bacon.

Came out pronto last month, diagnosed our oil boiler problem, explained why replacement was the best long-term solution, and what the options were, and put in some long shifts this week installing the new boiler.

Now we are toasty. Very happy customers. Two decent, hard-working guys, with perfectionist tendencies and customer satisfaction a priority who deserve to succeed.
