Straightforward billing on a monthly basis. We know how much
power we are using as we go, reading our own meter we are not getting random estimates which we had with our previous supplier.
This makes life a lot less stressful and easier to budget.
Octopus are also much easier to contact if there is a problem,
glad to have switched, just wished we'd gone earlier!

I have been with octopus energy for longer than any other company. I used to change every year to what I thought was the best energy supplier. However Octopus has proved to be the best, most open and helpful supplier ever. They share information about all the tariffs available, give honest advice and have supported me by answering my questions quickly and without bias. They always act quickly. When I have asked for a refund of money in my account this has always happened quickly.
I have just received a £50 bonus for recommending a friend who also received £50 to his account. They are a VG green energy company and support users of solar panels and electric cars by creating special tariffs for them. I sincerely hope that they will continue to be the open, honest, reliable and supportive company they have proved to be so far.

I moved to Octopus because of a terrible customer service experience with my previous supplier. What a good move it has proved to be . Competitive prices and first class customer service. I wish I had done it month's ago.
It's great to have an energy supplier that actually treats you like they value you as a customer. Quite unique in my experience, I recommend them.

Joined Octopus after purchasing Solar Panels 15 KW Batteries + Inverter.
We use Octopus Flux to charge Batteries overnight at low rate.
We have not looked back
They owe us money.
Still need to sort the daily standing charge ofcom. Or up the KW export fee to compsnsate.

I moved into a little house that needed lots of work and decorating. Am disabled and have severe chronic pain and the thought of dealing with my gas and electric supply was really stressful. However am so glad I went with Octopus and everything was stress free. I feel as if am dealing with a company with morals and ethics and real people who want to do a good job and keep their customers. I also recommended them to my son who has just switched to Octopus for his home and EV car. Hopefully it won't be long and I will get a car charger fitted for my EV when I get one soon. Value for money is so important especially today but looking after and treating customers well is paramount. Well done Octopus Energy.

Love everything about Octopus. App so easy to use and understand, just had account credited £50 for referring a friend, free electric when grid is full, free coffee every week from Greg’s, won 800 points on spin the wheel 3 times 🙂 what’s not to like… they just need to bring back the free sausage rolls from Greg’s ?

Having been with Octopus since they acquired Shell Energy I cannot rate them highly enough.
Excellent communications, very clear and user friendly online account system and a competitive price.
Just received £50 credit for introducing a friend - a very simple process!!
