I am really happy with the service I've received from Octopus Energy over the years. They've been supplying my home with both electricity and gas, and honestly, it's been nothing short of first-rate. Couldn't be happier than I am with Octopus. Been with them a no. of years now & customer service has always been great. They may not be the cheapest for everyone on every tariff, but I don't think I could do any better elsewhere & that superb customer service is well worth paying for. Have there been any issues during the years I've been with them? - Sure, but the whole point is that they've always been dealt with smoothly & swiftly with a minimum of fuss, & if they have caused even a minor problem they've always done something to compensate.
Plus, they do actually appear to care about the planet & making real attempts to generate electricity from renewables etc., plus they make deliberate efforts to encourage customers to use power at times when they have plenty available rather than peak times. Finally they have a sense of humour, I'd much rather deal with a co. that can bring a smile to your face than a typical corporate giant!

We transferred our account from British Gas when we had solar panels installed, and Octopus arranged our transfer to them seamlessly. They keep us updated and their advice on which account to transfer to with reference to our solar installation was clear and helpful. In times of good solar generating, we can sell our excess electricity back to Octopus. What's not to like!

I love these people! In an world where every company seems to make products, contact & service more complicated for their own benefit & forgetting they need the customer you find a company like Octopus who get it & make you feel like you have a friend to help you. Their app is good, the billing makes sense, good rewards, free energy sessions, quick to help with questions. We moved house and moved from another big three initial provider who made our dealings impossible, it took them nearly 11 months to pay us what they owed us - this would never happen with Octopus. I recommend them to everyone who will listen, tell them about our free electricity sessions & member perks & people are shocked that an energy company does this. Other industries could learn a lot from the example these people set. Thanks Octopus, one less hassle I don’t have.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been with Octopus Energy for both my gas and electric for 6 years now, and I can confidently say they are absolutely amazing! After dealing with constant frustration and poor service from a previous energy provider, switching to Octopus has been a breath of fresh air. Their service is impeccable!

From the very beginning, I've found their prices competitive, and I truly appreciate how they work hard to keep costs down. But what stands out the most for me is their exceptional customer service. Every time I’ve needed to get in touch (which thankfully isn’t often!), the people I speak to are incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Seriously, where else do you get that these days? My queries are resolved within minutes, and they always go above and beyond. If a call back is needed, they actually follow through—without having to pass me around to different departments.

I can't recommend Octopus highly enough. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Fantastic company, brilliant customer service, and well worth switching to! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love Octopus Energy they have a great App to keep track of your energy use, payments and bills. It's easy to use and very clear. They have weekly/monthly offers such as a free coffee, cheap cinema seats, money off restaurant offers which is a bonus. And they give you the best energy deals why wouldn't you join!
