Absolutely shocking and poor customer service with no response for several weeks. I ordered outdoor solar lights and received them promptly. Decided once they arrive I wasn't too keen on the product and started the return process. Returned the item fully packaged and kept pictures with proof of receipt and proof of delivery being accepted early June. Now end of July and not even a response to several emails sent questioning where my refund is and also no answer to any phone calls made on many occasions. I have now raised a dispute on PayPal and sent them the proof to get my money back. Terrible service and communication. Also known as company SPV lights. AVOID

Went to visit recently to buy a few solar lights because a friend of mine has brought from there website before and was very pleased with there product.
On arrival was a young lady who greeted me with such care and professionalism, I showed her which light I was interested in (20 LED Solar Security Light).
She was very helpful and explained how to use it, install it and getting the best deal on it.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back as the staff was helpful!

The young lady arrived around 20 minutes late and could not unlock the front door. I assisted her and we gained access

Stumbled upon this shop Muswell Hill shop. Just off Colney Hatch Lane. Great service from young chap at the helm. Brought a couple of the garden lanterns along with the wind chime and they are brilliant best garden lights ever! Got some fairy lights thrown in very happy with product and super service. Will go again. You must check out.
