Had my doubts when I received a cold call out of the blue asking about solar panels and batteries as you’d expect. But after a chat on the phone for around 15 min or so followed by a visit the next day at the time we agreed. Derek turned up to do a quick survey and offer a bit of reassurance oh and I have to add Derek is not a sales man. I then received a call from Sam asking if we were happy to proceed with all that had been discussed the next day to which we were. Times and dates confirmed our installation started on time and with no problems by Derek whom had visited first time around. All in all we are very happy with the service we have received from the Off Grid Group and would be happy to recommend them to family and friends or anyone reading this review.

Sam and the team have really helped me out through and through an install that was previously installed by a company who no longer exists, they managed to sort out my inverters and batteries, including getting the warranty for one of my battery packs warranted due to a faulty pcb causing a fault.

I now have an incredible system running and cannot be any more grateful to one of the best teams I’ve used, I can now rest easy knowing my system is working and safe to use.

Sam at Off Grid group was extremely helpful. Like many people i was very sceptical having been contacted by other ‘providers’ before. He explained everything in a way i could understand, helped me to see how i would benefit and once we were happy arranged everything for us. I could not be happier with the result! The work was done efficiently when stated, no money was requested ‘up front’ indeed, no pressure was used to buy at any time. The system is amazing, while i accept we have to pay for the batteries our electric bill is now less than £5 per week and we use s lot of power. Thank you Sam i thoroughly recommend you and your company

I was sceptical when I first met Sam from Offgrid Group as our area had been hit by a lot of cowboy, there one minute gone the next companies. I was impressed with the way Sam was trying to build his company and the promises he has made, and kept to date. He had a good crew for my fitting and the job went smoothly. If this keeps going I would have no problem recommending them for your Solar needs.
