Josh was recommended to us by friends, we needed a new boiler & oil tank but wanted the boiler fitted in a different place. Josh came and assessed the job and advised us on what was involved.After we got the quote and accepted he fitted us in is diary and the work started.
Josh and his team arrived on time and the work started straight away.We have to say that you could not wish to meet a nicer group of people ( Josh- Ben-Scott-Nathan) nothing was to much trouble.
We ended up with a very neat & professional Job and even fitted new valves to all our radiators.
Highly recommend Offgrid plumbing and heating if you want a neat and professional job. 10/10

Brilliant, professional, now our ‘go to’ team!

We had a very old oil boiler which needed replacing and from the initial call to the final fitting the work, communication and professionalism was of an extremely high standard. Josh took the time to speak through all the options for our age/build of house, making it easy to understand and help select our new boiler. Scott and Matt both came to install, they were prompt, polite, tidy (something which is hard to come by these days!) They made me feel completely at ease and would trust them in our home anytime. Josh and his team at Off Grid are simply off THE grid for scoring. We hope to have them back to help us with more renovations very soon!

So glad I used Josh and Off Grid! Had a broken electric shower which they replaced with a wonderful fancy new shower, plumbed into the mains instead of electric. Josh was amazing from the offset- he visited and explained our options, constantly kept us informed of the costs and any changes and the finished product of 2 new fitted toilets, replumbed bath piping and plumbing and fitting a new sink was amazing. They also fully replaced the old soil pipe and did a super job at drilling and tidying up through our Cornish walls. Top team and would highly recommend and use again!
