I contacted Tom to service our Air Source Heat Pump. I found his quote to be very reasonable and he arrived on time after reminding us the day before he was coming. He was very thorough, professional and he answered all of my queries and provided me with some very useful advice. After the service, he forwarded his report which was very detailed and satisfies the requirements for the warranty and I intend to use them again in the future.

Excellent team came to install our air conditioning. We troubleshooted the various options to ensure that the outside was as aesthetically pleasing as possible whilst ensuring that the indoor units were in a suitable place. We are very happy with the appearance inside and outside. We would highly recommend Olive Air.

Olive Air carried out the 1st service of our air pump heating and hot water system. From my initial contact to the actual service I have found Olive Air to be very professional and communicative both by the service engineer as well as their administration (thier use of jobLogic for the contract and scheduling is excellent). The actual service was comprehensive and the engineer took time to explain the system and how to maximise its use and efficiency. Would have no hesitation to recommend Olive Air
