The Company seem too have gone down the tubes within the last 2 years, I am unsure if this is due to poor management or lack of staff. Business banks tend to avoid this company which surely is nota good sign in itself. Very unprofessional head of management who belittles loyal clients, if any issue arises the company seem to cut ties with their customers rather than find a solution to fix the issue or support their customers. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be left without any garbage disposal units at your property! Quote from Samantha herself ‘’at this time we believe the council would be better suited to you’’ Maybe this company desires to go bust.

Having used this company for our business waste for a number of years we had an issue with the direct debit at the bank when all the direct debits were being cancelled without any reason. This happened on a number of occasions and when I believed the error at the bank had been corrected I asked One Stop Waste to change the direct debit to the original account with a new mandate form. Unfortunately there still seems to be an issue setting up direct debits with the bank, which I now have to call and investigate. Before I've even been given a chance to call the bank and notify them of the problem, One Stop Waste have already sent out someone to remove the bins from our property. They no longer want us to be their client due to the issues with returned direct debits. The account is completely up to date with payments but they've suggested I contact the council to arrange waste collections.

If I'd known this company would have been so unhelpful when issues beyond my control would come up then I would never have used them in the first place. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
