I had a very disappointing experience at this garage where I took my car for a test. After the test and replacement of two items, they locked my car inside the garage. When I called to retrieve it, I was told to wait 30 minutes because the person with the keys had gone for a haircut.

After half an hour passed, I tried calling multiple times with no response, eventually reaching voicemail. I ended up waiting for an hour and a half before anyone returned. When they finally arrived, the person I had been speaking to denied ever talking to me, and the one who was supposedly out for a haircut returned without any evidence of having gone.

He then casually claimed he had simply forgotten to bring my car out as previously agreed, while his colleague stood by smiling.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this test center to anyone.

Had a great experience, really friendly team, excellent service. They kept me updated throughout and clearly explained the work that needed doing. It was a burst pipe connected to the coolant tank, and everything was sorted efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid like the plague!!! Had an MOT which failed and we were advised the car had a number of dangerous defaults that needed fixing immediately.
Felt very sceptical so went to another garage to complete the work only to be told there was nothing wrong with the car!!!

This is the garage you should use in aylesbury. Highly recommend. Enzo was a diamond helping me get my car sorted. Explaining everything and taking time to help me out. And going above and beyond what other garages would offer . And Des the mechanic was great explaining everything to me. Friendly and very knowledgeable guys. Really good prices and a great service. I will be pointing my friends and family to one stop.

This is the 2nd time of giving a review because I am just so impressed with these guys!

1st time = Super quick and efficient place - needed two front tires and great price with great service was given!

2nd time = needed to check over my new car and just luckily, they had a last minute cancellation to get me booked in for a service! Great customer service and care and couldn't be more grateful for a great price and providing the customer care needed 🙏

Really lovely guys, they fitted me in for an MOT with not a lot of notice, I was nervous as this was my first time ever getting an MOT done especially being a young female, but they instantly made me feel at ease just by speaking to them, their attitude was great and it’s a really friendly environment, fixed the issue really quickly too:) would deffo recommend and I will deffo be going back!
