Having been recommended to me, I took my laptop into Optima when it kept failing to start and showing the blue screen of doom despite numerous efforts to reboot. The staff were friendly, polite and professional, and Abel kept me informed every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he had mended it by the next day (considering I didn't take it in until around 5pm the day before, that's pretty impressive!). The price was very reasonable, and on top of that, Abel even offered me parts at no extra cost, while explaining everything clearly. My laptop is now running more smoothly than it ever has, and I'm back up and running with the reassurance of knowing that should I have any future issues, Optima will be my first port of call. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Optima since inception (theirs', not mine)and have always been treated with patience , civility and a friendly smile.
I had a computer problem a day ago, and since I'm temporally house bound I phoned Optima and spoke to Abel, someone I had not dealt with previously,
He really was excellent, solved the problem in minutes and put up with my two subsequent panic attacks calmly explaining where I made the errors and I should call back any time if necessary which I did this morning, twice!
The service is unique and nowadays rare...long may Optima
