I previously booked an appt with Coastal Cleaning who came and said they could not clean my oven!! I got in touch with Oven King and explained the situation they came within 2 days and did a fabulous job!! My oven had not been cleaned for over 12 months due to my illness. I cannot speak to highly of Oven Kings service and professionalism. I have booked them to come again I order keep up the cleanliness.

Ricky was very polite, professional and efficient. My oven had never been cleaned before (I didn't even know this was a thing, I thought cleaners only do it using a sponge and a spray). The oven came out amazing, I couldn't believe my eyes. There was a double glass that I had attempted to clean myself in the past. Well, I don't know how I expected to achieve anything even remotely close to what Ricky did. The racks, walls, door, glass, panels, hob rings, even the rubber seal were all PROPERLY cleaned. The best thing? No fumes, no waiting after the clean for the smell to disappear. THERE WAS NO SMELL AT ALL! I'm well chuffed and would recommend Ovenking to anyone who wants a professional clean done properly.

After being a retail manager for 17 years, I have chosen Oven king to train me to launch my new business . I have just finished three days training; it has been absolutely amazing. Daryl, Ricky and Alex were very welcoming and supportive. They were genuinely invested in giving me all the information I could possibly need. The training is very professional it allows you to deal with real clients and gain confident. The whole journey was brilliant. I highly recommend Oven king. Definitely I am going back for two more days as my schedule was very tight this time.

Arranged a booking at 9 for the 23rd December 2 months ago, so that I could have a full day. A man called me confused over whether I was 9 or 11 whilst I was out. He didn’t get back to me and he swapped my time with someone else. This new time didn’t suit, I was refused a refund as it’s not something they do. Also I was told the office was closed on the 23rd so I either pay the full amount early or pay cash. I won’t use this service again, as not well organised.

Oven king were really easy to deal with, and fit me in at short notice. They turned up on time and made an oven that had been well used by several tenants look brand new! Highly recommended!

Oven clean, oven repair, all done, well done. Superb customer service from admin to the workplace. It is a shame there is not six stars because by comparison this company of all the businesses we are in contact with, should use Ovenclean as a role model for customer service and efficiency. Well done and and thank you. Adam and the lady in the office, deserve 6 stars. You made it work for us.
