Beautiful site for caravans or there are clamping pods. Plenty of walks and places to see. Staff can't do enough for you. Cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend.

What a really beautiful place! Stopped for just two nights but wish we could stay longer. So peaceful and quiet. It’s been wet so we needed waterproof boots and a head torch is essential if you want to do the walk into Audlem or back after 4pm. The Bridge Inn and Lord Combermere are both excellent!

We recently stayed at Overwater with our narrowboat. The plan was a two week stop over christmas so we could leave our boat in a safe place. After 24hrs we extended our stay by a further 3 weeks.

Why?

Having seen a few other marinas we could immediately see how much effort and pride there is in what they are creating here. From our first contact with David, the manager on email, it was evident they knew customer service (all too rare today).

The services ( showers, elsan, & fuel) were first class. I needed to receive a few packages while we were there, and even have a mattress delivered and take away. All no fuss.

The site is very clean, well looked after and teeming with local wildlife. There was no big road noise and very little overflying aircraft. There was dedicated dog walking area and we spotted some very neat looking glamping pods and some bigger lodges

Also a big shout out for the book on demand bus service (go-too) that picked me up from the gate and whisked me into the middle of Nantwich on several occasions

and then there is a jewel in the crown, The Cafe. dog friendly and delicious food. A real winner

In short a fabulous marina, and justifiable multiple winner of marina of year.

Stayed here as was going to Hack green secret nuclear bunker (3 mile walk starting up the canal, recommend) nice welcome nice sight and good breakfast at the onsite cafe, motorhome pitch all good and facilities all there. Only reason for 4 stars was the toilet block shower/toilet room was not very warm could do with heaters turning up and could do with a lick of paint. Other than that a nice weekend stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it.Staff were so helpful, and polite. Big shout out for Suzanne the Warden , she was very helpful and approachable, professional and overall very nice person, we will definitely be returning, lovely relaxing few day. Defiantly recommended

I can't recommend the workshop here highly enough.

Very thorough and efficient. Did major repair to my narrow boat lifting her out of water and back again. I even slept on her while she was out of the water.

Oh yeah and the Staffordshire oatcakes in the cafe are amazing.

Nice little visit to Overwater Marina today. Lovely cafe with friendly and helpful staff and great food. Easy access to the Shropshire Union Canal towpath with about 30 minute walk to Audlem.
