We have been looking to get our IT affairs in order for a while now, as we had multiple accounts on old very shaky platforms that were letting us down on a regular basis. After a really straight forward conversation with Jason it was clear that their simplified structures would be ideal for us.

Our old emails were successfully migrated over, and we are both absolutely thrilled to be setup on the Microsoft platform as it is so much more user friendly than the old offering. The support we had from the team during the migration and setup was superb, as we had a couple of issues to address, but nothing was too much trouble.

We can relax now knowing our IT is completely covered and that there is always a helpful person on the end of the phone if something goes awry.

Great service - Owen IT have done my company IT security and my email hosting for some time and are always brilliant with any explanations needed and issues arising. When I needed a new work laptop recently they suggested a short list for me, sourced my choice of them, and set up the whole thing - excellent. I had a recent issue with file downloads and saving, which Sam got right on to and fixed within half a day - my fault, as usual, but I know how to avoid it in the future. Excellent, as usual from them.
