Oxon Energy recently installed an Air Source Heat Pump, hot water cylinder and also replaced our radiators which required replacing due to their age and condition. We are very happy with the installation and the operation of the system thus far. We have yet to go through a winter but we are confident it will perform as designed.

At each stage of the process all of the Oxon team were polite, responsive and patiently explained answers to any questions we had.

As with all construction projects there were minor snagging issues to sort out. These were always dealt with promptly and with good grace.

We would whole heartedly recommend Oxon Energy and it team of Engineers and Admin staff to anyone thinking of getting an Air Source Heat Pump.

We only proceeded as far as sales discussion with Samantha and Rob regarding an Air Source Heat Pump and a new wet system for radiators or underfloor heating. They were patient, helpful, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Ultimately Oxon Energy were not the installer we chose to proceed with. They were among the best reviewed, as well as TrustMark and Which? Trusted Trader, and were in the middle of the pack in terms of price. From our desk-exercise alone, we can say going with Oxon Energy would be a wise choice. We cannot vouch for their actual installation and after-sales care, but other reviews cover that!

Oxon Energy had the opportunity to retrofit Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery in this 1961 constructed house. Now the property is fully insulated it is essential that the house is ventilated. The flexible ducting and the Air Smart MVHR system work a treat. It is quiet and effective, the house being warm, the air fresh and clean. It is the way forward for all homes.

What could we do better?: Understanding the nature of the work, cooperation between home owners, builders and installers is vital. Overall it went smoothly but it wasn’t without its moments. The end result and the continued aftercare is great.

Oxon Energy installed a large, complex ventilation and cooling system and equipment very well indeed so that it appears to be built as part of the house. Not only were Joe and Tom pleasant, reliable, considerate and trustworthy but also so were the other tradesmen they introduced. They overcame several equipment supplier difficulties with good humour and kept to their original price. They had the place decorated perfectly at completion and the system works very well. It is rare to be able to say you recommend a supplier unreservedly but we can with Oxon Energy.

Joe, Tom & co installed a new ASHP and HW cylinder (as well as swapped a few radiators) to replace an ancient gas boiler at our place. They were always here when they said they'd be here, and always left the place looking like they'd never even been here. We weren't without heat or hot water in a cold January for more than an hour or two at any point during the install. They finished the job on time and to the figure we were quoted. The house has been consistently warm and comfortable since the switch-over and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - the epitome of knowledge, consideration for customers, and expertise.

I was very pleased to find Oxon Energy – a local company with a very high level of competence, professionalism and friendliness.
They helped us through the specification phase and answered our many questions with understanding, technical expertise and humour. The installation is now complete - ASHP, underfloor heating on the ground floor and new rads on the first floor.

The whole team is very communicative and knowledgeable, and the job is tidy, neat and efficient. They interfaced well with our other building contractors, and they continue to support us as we learn and adapt to the new system.

Oxon Energy is a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend them.
