After a couple of times me having to phone them and not getting a reply with my quote via email, I phoned for the 3rd time asking where my quote is to then be told I should go to another company for my wedding! Thanks then, even though you gave me a price over the phone both times Yeh won't be phoning you again and won't be recommending to anyone either!

Today at ruffly 1700 I noticed a van in the right hand lane crusing along at 60 with nothing in the left hand lane. As I speeded up they did move into the right hand lane but as I passed them made an obseen hand gesture to me. If this is the standard of your employees on the road I would hate to see what their customer service is like.
