I don't know about the fuel service but I do know that the driver of YD10NFV completely blocked the road in West Marden this morning rather than moving his truck 10 feet further on. He was belligerent and refused to move it and ended up with a queue of 12 cars trying to get to work at 7.45am, just sitting there while he delivered fuel for about 10 minutes.

Used to be OK but the service has deteriorated markedly.Their guaranteed delivery means nothing and I have been left without oil twice, despite (or maybe because) being a long standing customer. AVOID.
