PLEASE go with reviews I should have listen to my gut feeling and never should have done business here the WORST experience ever !!!! I recently had a frustrating experience at this dealership that I feel compelled to share. From the moment i spoke Sergio, I was met with a lack of professionalism and transparency that left me deeply disappointed.
Initially, I was excited to explore my options, but the sales team seemed more interested in making a quick sale than truly assisting me. I was misled multiple times , which created confusion and frustration. It felt like they were more focused on their commission than on providing honest information.
Additionally, the follow-up communication was poor. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, and when I finally received a response, it was often vague or unhelpful. This lack of customer service only added to my dissatisfaction. I also haven’t received my plates meaning I no longer could drive my car I had to reached them out since my temp plates are expiring and now they tell me I had to an inspection a month and haft later only because I reached out They also try to hit me with transportation fees when my car got delivered which don’t correspond to me since it was part of the contract. Also made me get a notary and pay 300 to sign paper work. The car has two keys they only sent me one
Overall, I would not recommend to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. I expected better from a dealership and hope that they can improve their approach in the future.

This dealership, by far is at the top of my list of great dealerships. My sales rep Thiago, was all around just great. He made me feel welcomed and helped me in getting the best deals possible for financing the SUV that I got. A 2023 Fisker Ocean Extreme. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I definitely recommend them. Ask for Thiago, you won't be disappointed.

This past Saturday I decided that I was going to trade in my Audi Q5 hybrid. I had 3 cars/brands in mind - one hybrid and 2 full EVs. The first car I was thinking about was the Alfa Romeo Tonale hybrid. When the Stelvio first came out, I immediately bought it and it was one of my favorite cars of all time. As soon as I walked into the showroom I saw this beautiful red fully loaded Tonale. Ray - the very warm and friendly salesman - immediately got me into a similar Tonale to test drive. As soon as I got into the car, I knew my decision was made. When we got back to the showroom, he quickly got his colleagues to rearrange all of the cars in the showroom so they could pull out my new car. I completely forgot about the other brands/cars that I was considering - I knew they didn’t compare in price and what they offered.
I told Ray that I didn’t have much time and didn’t want to waste hours finalizing the transaction. He promised that it would be a quick and easy process. We immediately came to a very agreeable lease term.
As I just moved to Florida I didn’t have proof yet of residency. He went above and beyond to help me correctly document my new residency. He then turned me over to the finance guy who had all of my paperwork prepared. As I was trading in my Audi, they gave me an extremely fair price for the car. And the process was the quickest I have ever experienced buying my car. Within minutes the paperwork was done, they had washed my glistening new car, I removed my stuff from my Audi and happily became an Alfa Romeo owner once again.
After driving the Tonale for several days, the car has only become better. There are constantly new features in the car that I am discovering. It is an extremely well equipped vehicle for the very reasonable price.
I highly recommend Palmetto Alfa Romeo, Ray - my very thoughtful salesman and of course Alfa Romeo. Italian cars just drive and feel better.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. When I went to change my car, I was assured they would handle everything for me, including the last two payments and the early termination fee. However, it appears these agreements were not documented, and I was misled into a new deal.

Subsequently, I received calls demanding a $3,000 deposit that they claimed was already used. Chris, the supposed manager, has been unresponsive for over a month and has even blocked my number. When I call the dealership, it feels as though he is avoiding my inquiries.

All I wanted was clear communication and answers, but this experience has left me feeling scammed. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

This is my second time leasing a Alfa Romeo from this dealership. The transaction is usually pretty fast and seamless. However, they were experiencing a nationwide system shutdown when I came in to return my lease this time. Which made my trade-in and new lease transaction take much longer. I was assisted by Ray whom was very helpful and patient. Ray and his manager made sure that I was able to leave the lot with my new lease in spite of the system shutdown which created certain limitations and a delay. They were very helpful and I was happy at the end of the day. Thanks again!

Went to look at a 2016 f150 they had advertised. Pics in ad very deceptive paint flaking off roof not shown & 4 bald & dry rotted tires. Signs of paint work all over the truck even masking tape still on the bumper. Sales person was nice, but told me he couldn't get the keys to show me the interior & engine. He said he needed my ID & credit info to even look at it. I had 25k in my pocket to purchase the right truck. For the right price it could have worked. I've never been to a dealer that wouldn't show me the vehicle. Seriously disappointed with this dealership & won't be making any future purchases from them. The trucks been sitting there almost 3months. None of this makes sense to me.
