Poor experience. Overpriced food, and took over 40mins for 2 simple dishes, despite it not being busy at all. £22 for a baguette (£9.50) and then some eggs with bacon with a slice of brown toast (£12.50!!!)…rip off! Don’t mind paying premium prices if you get premium food, but this wasn’t good at all. Sorry!

Really slow service. We waited a while at the bar and then 15 mins for 2 drinks (a hot chocolate and a latte). It wasn't particularly busy either. The drinks were lovely, and the latte art was a nice addition. They do food, but we didn't have time to try this time.

After a great weekend of food, what an absolute disappointment. Not only was the service extremely poor, the quality has to be the worst I've had for many years. Understanding that it's the 3k on and busy, but there is never an excuse for such poor quality. It's the only reason it doesn't get a 1 star.

I have to say, Panna Coffee is one of my favorite coffee in Chester. The coffee beans they use are incredible, bursting with rich flavor in every cup. Truly impressive! Well done to the team – keep up the great work!

Me and my partner went for brunch on Saturday just gone. By far the best food and coffee we have had for brunch in a long time. Reasonably priced and high quality. Food arrived very quick also! I went for Mexican brunch and partner chicken chilli baguette. Flat white coffee & almond milk coffee with caramel syrup. £22~, highly recommend!

Friendly barista Zu Zu revealed to us in a short conversation that her mother was born in our American home town of Portland Oregon. She made our visit especially enjoyable. Also great service and good coffee.
