Thank you again for an excellent and highly professional service. I was aware that Jonathan (Director of the company) was keeping a close eye on the job and able to communicate with me, even on the Sunday. Joshua (team leader for the rewiring job) was always happy to discuss anything I was concerned about during the works. His younger team were clearly well trained and directed me to Jonathan when I asked for advice. They worked until 7pm to complete the job in five days. Joshua returned at 6am the next morning to do a final clean up. Very impressive and a pleasure to know. I look forward to joining the others who so highly recommend you.

Paradigm gave a really swift response to our request for help. I recently had Paradigm Electrical Solutions install a Searchlight Marie Therese 5-Light Chandelier at my home in Aylesbury (HP19 9BJ), and I couldn’t be happier with the job. The electrician arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and got straight to work. The chandelier was fitted perfectly—securely wired into the ceiling circuit with no fuss, and they even adjusted the chain to the ideal height (about 60cm drop) for my dining room. The finish was neat and tidy, with no mess left behind, and it’s been working flawlessly since. For a local, NICEIC-approved team, their service was top-notch and fairly priced—around £90, which felt like great value. Highly recommend them for any lighting job—my chandelier looks stunning thanks to their skill!

After contacting Paradigm we were visited by Johnny within a day, who gave a us quote. This was accepted and he arranged for an engineer, Rene, to visit and do the work. He was very polite, professional and friendly. His workmanship was superb and he vacuumed thoroughly after he had completed. Highly recommended.
