Great location. Facility and rooms exceptional clean and well maintained. What lacks is the friendliness.Staff just needs to smile and be more inviting. That really is the only issue I had. Other than that, this is a great place to stay when in Poznan.

This hotel seems to have a real issue recognising VIP loyalty members||Arrived at 1330 and expected to be able to check in early - female receptionist didn’t even bother to look just replied saying “full booked last night” Not sure what that had to do with it and I’d imagine plenty of rooms would have been cleaned by 1330 for 1500 checkin. Her manner wasn’t great||Left the bags and came back to check in and had to ask for every VIP benefit Inc upgrade and breakfast which I shouldn’t have to do. Didn’t even make it on to the Radisson Rewards 5th floor ||Having booked a “king non smoking” room I don’t expect to have two single beds pushed together with a king size sheet over them, during the night I ended up on the gap a few times ||Rest of the room was fine, decent shower, very good air con. Only other negative was small towels and only one toilet roll left ||No iron in room but there is a room on 5th floor with an ironing board I’d imagine it will be busy at times||The breakfast was ok but busy, glad I hadn’t paid for it as nothing special||Would I return? Probably not as their are better hotels in Poznan

The hotel is not a good quality 4 star hotel, infrastructure, service and breakfast are not at a 4 star level. I would rather say it's an average 3 star hotel. They have rooms on the groundfloor that can be unconfortable for some people for security and other matters. The receptionist was rude and uncomprehending when I requested a room on another floor, that I was not given. Low pillow quality. |The only perfect thing is the good location.

Stayed here a few nights while in Poznan. Decent location, maybe 8 mins walk into old town. Big rooms, eco friendly. Decent facilities. My room had a balcony which was great in the mornings and late evenings. Helpful staff. Checkout was midday but they had luggage storage facility which was great as my flight wasn't until 8pm.

Our room was big but not so comfortable, due to the position of the furniture (you cannot pass between the beds and the furniture without hitting your knees).
The staff is very kind. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the main square (Stary Rynek).
The breakfast was very good, with many sweet and savory options, fruits, salads, etc.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a great position about 6/7 minutes walk from the main square. Rooms are spacious and we both had a really good sleep. ||||When you check in they ask if you want your room cleaned - ostensibly for ‘climate’ reasons but I suspect more to do with cost saving. We asked for our room to be cleaned but when we returned it had not been. ||||Called down to reception and just asked for a clean set of towels. They didn’t arrive and we had to call again to get them about 20 minutes later. This is the only issue we had - without this the stay would have been perfect. ||||If we visited Poznan again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Reasonable option in Poznan. We travelled with two children and took a two-floor suite. Very good service and breakfast. Rooms in proper condition but the balcony and the the front of the building require immediate renovation.

It’s close to the central square. But that’s it. Rooms are tiny, even the business suit. There is construction nearby. No street parking in the vicinity only paid underground. Breakfast is basic which is ok for one day but not for four. Will avoid in the future.
