I have to brag a minute on this amazing dealership and Yves (our salesman). We have bought three MINIs from them over the past 9 years. Each time we have been so blessed and requested to have Yves as our car salesman. We special ordered another mini to purchase from there dealership because we know and trust them. We currently live three hours from the dealership and when the car came it yet again we had the best experience. Yves had the car, paperwork and everything else ready to go when we arrived. It was a seamless process just like it has been the last two times. Car buying can be so stressful but it isn’t with Yves, Peter and the rest of the folks that work at that location. Top notch people, top notch service and top notch dealership. 100% recommend this place.

Ahmed and Blake in Sales made my experience. After moving from FL - CA - FL - DC I was ready to upgrade my 2019 Knights Edition JWC to something more current. After some brief, and expeditious ,email correspondence with Ahmed, I made the trip to Passport Mini of Alexandria. Received a warm welcome from Ahmed and a welcome back from Blake. We chatted briefly about my current driving habits and what would make sense in regards to trading in my JCW. They both suggested checking out the 2023 JCW Countryman.

After a quick test drive, I was sold. (the jump up to 300hp helped) Funny story, I actually had to wait a few extra minutes while they did the final inspection on the car as well as undo the "dealer mode" as it just arrived the day prior to the dealership! Their space is plenty comfortable to relax or do work in while enjoying a cup of coffee. They sell and sell quick with zero pressure. It's all about customizing the experience to the driver. Even Paul in finance was a pleasure speaking with and we agreed on the best options to ensure I was fully covered based on my driving habits. Greatly appreciated!

Seriously, I could not be more pleased with the dealership. This is my 5th Mini Cooper and they always get better and better. To say I'm loyal is an understatement and have always purchased direct through Mini dealerships. The Sale's Department for Passport Mini of Alexandria definitely lives up to its name.

Give me a few years driving around with 300hp under the hood and I will be back for the next iteration. 🙂

Great experience purchasing my Mini Cooper Countryman JCW from Start to Finish! My salesman Blake Dacosta was awesome. He provide excellent communication and service from ordering my Mini, updates on the build, shipping, arrival, etc. Had a great time meeting him in person and he went over all the detail of the car and other questions I had. Also, Kermit (I believe that's Paul's nickname) in the Finance department took the time to cover everything. He gave sound advice and applied no pressure on selling additional vehicle services. Overall great experience!!!
