We have just renewed with Pastel for our telephone solution as we have been very pleased with their service offering & support.
Following new business ownership, we were in a position to 'shop the market' when it came to a telephone provider. The existing supplier was Pastel so they were of course, an option however we spoke to other providers to ensure we explored all possibilities.
We decided to stick with Pastel and we're pleased we did. We genuinely feel the human side to their business and feel like a valued customer which is important to us.
If you are considering changing IT, Broadband or Telephone provider, I wouldn't hesitate Pastel as an option.

This company deserve extra stars for their 110% customer service. They go out of their way to look after you. We have worked with them for years and have to say that there has not been one single time that we haven't felt valued.
