Excellent service from this local company
I have used them over the years for boiler installation/ service and general plumbing/ heating work. The standard of work has always been very good and fairly priced. Today Jordan came out to deal with a shower drain unit that had come loose and was quite tricky to reassemble. He arrived on time—fixed and re- sealed it quite quickly and left the area clean. Thank you!

Excellent service as usual. The problem with our heating proved more problematic than was initially anticipated, but although more work was involved, the final invoice was exactly what was initially quoted. Over the years Pattersons had maintained and flushed out our very old heating system, but after several endeavours it was agreed that a new boiler was the only solution. Thanks to Ian's hard work, our home is now cosier than it ever has been! Thank you.

Always really helpful, explain what they need to do before they do it and discuss costs and options. All the team are very friendly with great senses of humour and they even make a fuss of my dog which he loves. I can honestly say they are customer focused as I have never felt like I have been over charged or taken advantage of which I have felt with other plumbers. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber who is friendly helpful, honest and leaves your house as they found it.

I’ve had the boiler serviced by Patterson for years and their engineers are always polite, efficient and clean up afterwards. The boiler transformer blew this week just as a cold snap was imminent- despite a rush of other boiler breakdowns they managed to fit me in quickly for the repair. Many thanks!
