We have just finished a video consultation because we have been very stressed by an ongoing bamboo infestation that we've been trying to treat by ourselves. Phil was very friendly, knowledgable and generous with his time. He left us with lots of great advice and didn't try and sell us any unnecessary services, however we will definitely be coming to PBA should the situation require it. Thanks Phil!

After a consultation I was assured that 1 day would be sufficient to remove the small area of bamboo in my garden. I was advised that the team would spend 6 hours on-site and remove the vast majority (if not all) with any remaining remnants treated. The team spent less than 6 hours on site, however, on initial inspection it looked like they had done a good job. It was only when my builders removed the nicely raked soil, that they discovered large amounts still left. My builders then had to spend two days thoroughly removing all traces. This not only delayed the building work, but also meant that I incurred additional costs (from my builders). I contacted PBA sending photos and they advised the site should not have been left as it was, with so much bamboo left. Whilst PBA did offer a small discount, in hindsight I would not have appointed them to do this work, as I did so in good faith they would do a more thorough job.
