I ordered several years ago a desktop pc to be built by Wightbyte to meet my specific requirements (home use, imaging etc) and they have supported it to my entire satisfaction ever since. Graham and Ian have the technical knowledge to be able to repair and upgrade desktops and laptops alike. Operating from their Cowes workshop, for major upgrades they collect and return to the doorstep; software issues have been resolved swiftly either virtually or by home calls. Wightbyte has never let me down and I can strongly recommend their service.

Friday: Laptop broke
Saturday: Taken to Wightbyte. Diagnosed, price offered, agreed to work being done.
Sunday: Work completed, and laptop returned, cleaned and working better than for ages. Cant get better service than that. Very polite and responsive. Absolutely nothing to moan about.
