Fantastic service. Came to my cousin's house to sort out an update issue on his PC and access his email account as he'd forgotten his password. Steven is very responsive and also got to the bottom of my laptop's issue, which was a complex one. For an additional cost, he also offered to improve the speed of my laptop which has made a big difference to its use. Very satisfied with the service from PC Kings
