Alex recently done work on my pc and I was blown away. Other companies was giving me quotes from £250 upwards. Alex is a realist. Genuine hard work with fair prices. Was estimated 1/2 working days and he was done within the same days.

Constantly updating me on the work he has done and still to go and further more gave me advice on what the pc could do with! Every customers dream come true.

Will 1000% be going back to Alex in the future!

Absolutely excellent, professional work, top quality customer service. If I could give six stars I would. I wanted to create a personalised CD for my mother’s birthday, and after calling around a couple of local businesses through a Google search, Alex was able to do this straight away. He even offered to do it unpaid as a gift, as it was a small job and unusual request. Of course I gave something, but I must say this kind of customer service is extremely rare. Highly recommended! Amazing service from Alex. I got in touch due to an issue with my PC which is used for my business as a garden designer. Alex came out to assess the issues I was having and suggested an upgrade (due to the software updates requiring more than my current PC could handle), he came back to me within 12 hours with a proposal and costings and had the unit custom built, delivered, set up and tested within a couple of days.
Absolutely outstanding service and at a reasonable cost. I won’t hesitate to use his services again in the future if required and would highly recommend him.

I can't express how amazing Alex is from first contacting him he was fast at replying and picking up the computer to take away to repair. To then keep updated on what is wrong even when somethibg went wrong during the repair and what was needed to complete the repair he also gave a time frame of 5 days to complete as had to order parts in and he delivered exactly on the 5th day.

He is also super kind and very professional with the job (even tidied up the inside for me). I can safely say hands down if I have any problems in the future he will be the one I contact.

He is also very reasonable and understanding with the price for the job compared to the bigger places.

I cannot recommend using this service highly enough, what a fantastic experience!
PS5 stopped working just before 730pm, , went on line identified repair service near me, sent message, had instant response and booked in next day, price for repairs shared and agreed. Dropped of wonky device, next morning. Alex advised he would get back to me next day or over the coming weekend. Absolutely delighted to get a message later the same day advising it was ready. Even got a follow up message next to day check everything was working. Absolutely wonderful, thank you Alex. Very highly, recommended.

Let me start by saying I've never had such a quick and efficient turn around for any tech repair. I had woken up to a broken PC and within a couple of hours had it with Alex who promptly sorted the issue keeping me informed throughout the process. His service is great value for money and he was very transparent about any costs you might incur. I will be returning in the future for any servicing and upgrades I require.
