Peter Williams installed my boiler. It broke down after three years. Despite the five year guarantee PD Gas Services refused to pick up the phone or to come and look at it. I called someone else in – apparently the Viessmann boiler had been incompetently installed, leading to a parts failure.

I would recommend Peter and his team any day, he's done such a good job on our Combi Boiler installation. His intiial consultancy visit was clear and he took our opinions into consideration when quoting for the job. He explained what boiler he was going to quote for and made us feel confidant in the job.

Whilst the work was being carried out he was tidy and left everything neat and tidy.

I reccomeneded peter to an elderly family member as her boiler had broken down and he was an absolute star and fitted her a replacement boiler within days.

Pete serviced our LPG boiler and corrected a previous installation error.

He also repaired two leaking toilet cisterns.

A very professional service, carried out quickly and thoroughly. He is a very busy man so occassionally his timings may be a bit "off" (due to the fact he gets emergency gas call outs, which have to take preference). Don't let that worry you, the job will get done - indeed he arrived with us at 18.30 rather than let us down.

Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

We just moved house and Peter was the only person in the area who was kind enough to dedicate an hour in his busy schedule to come check our boiler, which smelt of gas and kept turning on randomly. A few months ago my old combi boiler decided to throw in the towel, I was reluctant to change it at first as I wanted to keep it running for as long as possible. It died several times before I decided to commit to a new one and every time it did go caput Peter came out within a few hours and managed to get it running again so I wasn't left for too long without heating or hot water. When I finally resigned myself to the fact that it needed replacing, Peter was very helpful, giving me all the information I needed for a range of different boilers so that I could research them myself and make an informed decision. After a lot of research I ended up going with Peters recommendation as it was one of the best.When he and Josh came to fit it, they were both very professional, clean, friendly and most importantly of all they spent time doing the job right rather than just getting the job done quickly. I have learnt that Peter gets frustrated with a job done badly (other people's shoddy efforts) so you know with him and Josh, you get a job well done. Would 100% recommend. Thanks PD Gas
