Tell you one thing over the phone, and then do something completely different. Some members of staff are very, very insulting, over priced, only decent in an emergency if you're willing to pay more. Watsons Fuels are much better and highly recommended!

Absolutely awful company. Work in conjunction with Birmingham oils. Was told by Birmingham that these would be delivering my fuel which is paid in full for at 75 pence a litre pre price rise. Fobbed off on the phone by a cocky and arrogant member off staff. Obviously wanted my money but didn’t want to take the hit and honour the price avoid at all cost.

I can’t tell you how happy and truely blessed I was today ! I rang up after realising I had ran out of fuel , as I didn’t realise as only been in my new house for a few months I can’t tell you how helpful and amazing service there was nothing to much and as a women that doesn’t know how much to do with these type of things the man on the phone was very helpful!!!
Thankyou so much and delivered this the same day for me and I can’t tell you how much it has meant 🙂
