From start to finish James and Bradley walked us through the process with professionalism and understanding. We never felt pressured at any stage and their customer focus is something they should feel extremely proud of. James and Bradley run Pearl Energy and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Everything was discussed in detail before we signed up for our system which was designed based on our electricity usage. The practicalities were scheduled over a week with each step planned for specific days and followed as expected. All the workers including the scaffolders, roofers and system installers were friendly, courteous and proficient. The black solar panels look good on our roof and blend very well with our slate tiles. James personally set up our feed-in-tariff with our electricity provider and everything was up and running very efficiently. Pearl Energy clearly take pride in the service they provide and, having experienced their work, we have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Pearl Energy is a start up company which has only been in operation since January. Our installation of 13 panels and associated equipment was completed on 16 September 2024 when James returned to activate the application to export to the grid. Throughout the entire project James and Bradley were a pleasure to work with. Communication was very good and the project was completed without a hitch. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Pearl Energy to anyone contemplating a solar installation. Get in quickly though, they seem to be increasingly busy.

Janes was very professional and personable at our first meeting, explaining everything and answering all our questions.
The fitting took place within a few weeks. The scaffolders and the installer were efficient and again pleasant, which makes such a difference.
James checked a couple times that we were happy with the installation. He also came and sorted out all the information that our provider required which was a definite bonus.
All in all we are delighted with the service provided and would recommend the company to anyone considering solar panels. AND the grid has already paid us a few pounds after only a few weeks.
We wish them all the success. Feels good to support a small, local business.

We had solar panels fitted 3 years ago by E.on. Due to the rise in electricity prices we were contemplating having a battery installed.
How lucky were we that James and the Pearl Energy team were installing solar panels in our village.
A meeting with James and Bradley was arranged to discuss our needs. We were impressed with their enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.
The installation of the inverter, isolation switch and battery by Ollie was carried out with the same professionalism.
The after-sales support by James and Ollie was very good as we had a little ‘blip’ but it was sorted promptly.
