We stayed with this company a couple of times and thought we’d try a part of Cornwall we haven’t been to before. Small and quiet site. Our accommodation was immaculate. The site is clean and well maintained. Sam and her team are so friendly and helpful. |Fowey is easily accessible via the ferry and is lovely, traditional village with a great mix of independent stores and eateries. The area is pretty hilly so have so good walking shoes ready

What can I say? We’re so glad we discovered this little gem of a site! This was our fourth visit, so I thought it was about time I left a review.||This place is absolutely perfect for our family of four. The staff are always so friendly, and the site is spotless every single time. We’ve stayed in four different caravans now, two two-bed and two three-bed, and each one has been clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We’ve even brought our dog along on two occasions, and it’s been just as enjoyable for him!||The little children’s park is a big hit with the kids, safe, clean, and well-maintained. The on-site shop is ideal, always well stocked, and we love borrowing a few board games from reception for cosy evenings together.||The walk down to the ferry to explore Fowey is always great fun, and we’ve even tackled the Hall Walk a few times, which is highly recommended if you enjoy a good stroll with lovely views.||Honestly, this site is a must for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

This is by far the most amazing lodge we have stayed in. From the friendly greeting when we arrived, to the immaculate presentation of the lodge that could have everything you could possible need in it we could not of asked for more.||The location is stunning, with a great walk into Fowey and many picture perfect locations to explore all within easy driving distance. The park itself is small and so peaceful it made for a very relaxing holiday.||This park is also truly dog friendly, it even has water bowls and bonio station which our dog loved.||We rarely visit the same place twice but we will definitely be back here.

What a stay. The location is perfect for visiting Looe & Fowey & the park is immaculate. Well tended communal areas & areas outside the lodges are a fabulous mix of flowers & greenery. The lodge was impeccably clean, with a welcome gift which included all the cleaning essentials you could need during your stay, there was even a fabulous welcome gift for our dog. Really love this park & are going to try the Lovat Park in Padstow later in the year. ||Only issue is this park has set the standard so high, I don’t think any others will measure up!||Perfect stay, can’t wait to return!

Penmarlam Lodge Retreat is one of the best in Cornwall. The Lodge was very spacious and had all we needed for our stay including a dishwasher and washer dryer. It is a very peaceful place to stay all we could hear at night was the owls. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the surrounding grounds were well kept. We stayed for 4 days and the weather could not have been any better, sunshine and warm every day. On returning home we found my wife had left her mobile phone in the Lodge and when i rang and enquired about it i was told it was handed in and they would post it to me. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants some peace and tranquility for their stay in Cornwall. For the price we paid we would have no qualms about returning in the future.

The lodge was amazing. The 3 bedrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Equipped with everything you need including a washing machine, dishwasher and freezer.
Beds were made up and towels are provided along with soap/shower gel.
On Easter Monday we arrived too late for the on site shop.
We can thoroughly recommend the Golden Dynasty Chinese takeaway in nearby Lostwithiel.

Penmarlam Lodge Retreat is one of the best holiday lodges we've ever stayed while on holidays in UK.
Fully natural location near Ferry in Fowey area where one can enjoy natural scenery and God created beauty of the landscape... meadows, cows and sheep grazing in the fields. Penmarlam Lodges add natural sight to its surrounding by simple colour of it's lodges and natural tracks connecting lodges to each other. A small parks adds to it serves as an interesting playground for youngsters.
Rooms are quite large, comfortable and kitchens fully equipped with desired modern appliances.
Furniture is of good standard and beds wide and nice...
Will visit again...Lodges Number 12 and 21 were booked by us for 4 nights.
The only suggestion I would like to give is: To avoid inconvenience to customers, the manager or his/assistant is requested to contact the customer some time in morning to coordinate the ETA of guests so thatbLodge Number and Gate/ Room codes are provided. We arrived around 10:30 pm when there wasn't any person available to help us...
We had a comfortable stay....

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at Penmarlan Lodge Retreat where we celebreated some special birthdays with family. Sam and team were so welcoming and friendly. The lodges were immaculate, extremely well laid out and comfortable .|Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff who work here! Hot tub is an added bonus and everyone loved the ferry trip over to Fowey each morning. Highly recommend The Ship Inn for Sunday lunch.
